1. Booking a Lesson

2. Using the Video App

We use Lessonspace, a video call app, for all our lessons. You can join your lessons directly through your web browser. There’s no need to download any apps or create an additional account. Everything is available on the SuikaTalk website

Please note: We do not recommend using an iPad for SuikaTalk lessons, as some features may not work as expected. We also advise against using smartphones or other small-screen devices, as the limited screen size can reduce the effectiveness of your learning experience.

3. Respectful Behaviour

At SuikaTalk, we value respectful behaviour. Discriminatory remarks, sexual harassment, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Please maintain a positive and respectful environment at all times. For more information on our policies, please also review our Zero Tolerance Policy.

4. If Something Goes Wrong During a Lesson

Teacher was Late or Didn't Show Up

If your teacher was significantly late or didn't show up, please go to your dashboard after the scheduled end time of the lesson. Select the lesson from the "Lessons" section and click the "Report" icon to report the issue. SuikaTalk's support team will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.

Connectivity or Technical Issues

If you experience any significant connectivity issues or technical problems that prevent the lesson from taking place properly, please go to your dashboard after the scheduled end time of the lesson. Select the lesson from the "Lessons" section and click the "Report" icon to report the issue. SuikaTalk's support team will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.

Avoid Pressing "End Lesson" by Mistake

Please do not press the "End Lesson" button unless you are sure the lesson has ended. Once you press it, you will not be able to rejoin the lesson, and it will be marked as completed. Do not click the "End Lesson" button, even if there are technical issues or if you need to reload the page or restart your browser.
