Hi, I'm Seijiro, but you can call me Seijiro sensei. 😊 I'm a Japanese language teacher originally from Kumamoto, Japan, now living in Melbourne, Australia. I've been teaching Japanese since 2015, and I speak Japanese and English.
I'm passionate about language education and have a positive, optimistic, and patient approach to teaching. My students often tell me I'm easy to talk to. I also have experience teaching Japanese to military personnel, focusing on the language skills they need for their duties.
Outside of teaching, I love mountain climbing and have climbed Mt Fuji 3 times. 🗻 My favorite food is Unadon (eel and rice bowl), and I'm a big fan of anime and traveling. I enjoy meeting people from around the world, learning about different cultures, and have a deep interest in languages and philosophy.
My teaching philosophy is to encourage students to make mistakes, as each one is a valuable learning opportunity. I never get angry or disappointed; A MISTAKE IS JUST A CHANCE TO LEARN. 🤗
